YOU are GOLD

 stranger met three different people and gave each one of them a gold plate. 

1. A beggar who has never seen gold in his life received a gold plate. He used the plate for begging. 

2. A Middle-class family man who is trying to put his daughter in a top university. He was so happy to receive the gold plate, as he sold it and got his financial burden uplifted. 

3. A Rich-Man, who got this gold plate, made a separate chest for this gift and made sure that this gets passed on from generation to generation.

We all take care of our spouse, children, parents, friends, etc. as they are all a gift to our life. But what about yourself?  Isn't it similar to the above story? Unless whom we are associated with, understands that WE are GOLD.  We all either get Used, Abused or Treasured.  Mostly not based on bad intentions, just based on ignorance and circumstances of life. 

There is a saying in my language. We cannot choose our parents and children. However, we can still determine our Spouse and Friends. Choose them wisely as they all treat you as the Rich-Man treated his GOLD.
